Discovery Call

A 30-minute conversation to understand where you are, what you're working toward, and whether this is the right fit. No pressure, no pitch.

Intake & Assessment

Before our first session, you complete a deep-dive intake that helps me understand your history, your patterns, and what's actually getting in the way.

Coaching Engagement

Bi-weekly sessions over 3–6 months, depending on your goals. Each session builds on the last. Between sessions, you have access to me via async voice notes.

Integration & Next Steps

We close with a clear picture of where you've moved, what you've built, and what comes next — including whether continued support makes sense.
